2. Services Description

PennyJets provides a platform for users to search for flights, compare prices, and book travel arrangements. We act as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers (airlines, etc.).

When you make a booking through our Services, you are entering into a contract with the relevant travel service provider, not with PennyJets. We are not responsible for the delivery of the travel services you book through our platform.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions undertaken using your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through our Services, you agree to pay all charges associated with your booking, including the price of the travel services, applicable taxes, and service fees.

All prices displayed on our platform are subject to change at any time until you complete your booking and receive confirmation. Price changes may occur due to availability, currency fluctuations, or other factors.

You acknowledge that cancellation and refund policies vary by travel service provider, and you agree to review these policies before making a booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Use any automated means to access or use our Services

6. Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software) are owned by PennyJets or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PennyJets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of information provided by travel service providers.

9. Sanctioned Countries and Regions

PennyJets, Inc. does not operate in or have any business relations with sanctioned countries or regions, including but not limited to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk People's Republic, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Lugansk People's Republic, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Venezuela, or Yemen.

Users must not use our Services to arrange travel to or from these sanctioned countries or regions. PennyJets reserves the right to refuse service to anyone attempting to use our platform in violation of applicable sanctions laws or regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
